Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through Divi University, including but not limited to KrafterPRO, SiteKrafter PRO, Krafter Typography System, and any related templates, presets, components, or online training resources.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All purchases made on Divi University are for digital products delivered via instant download or immediate account access.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy aligns with industry standards for downloadable software, templates, and digital design systems.

2. Try Before You Buy

To ensure you can make an informed decision before purchasing, we provide:

- A fully functional demo of our design systems

- Preview videos, walkthroughs, and detailed tutorials

- Feature breakdowns showing exactly what you receive

- Clear documentation and examples inside our YouTube training

Because you have the opportunity to evaluate the product in advance, we do not offer refunds after purchase.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same email address, contact us within 72 hours, and we will verify the duplicate transaction.
Confirmed duplicates will be refunded or credited to your account.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, we will assist you through:

- Product documentation

- Email support

- Community support (where applicable)

Most issues can be resolved quickly with guidance.
However, technical issues are not grounds for a refund, as long as the product functions as described.

5. Misunderstanding the Product

Refunds are not issued for reasons such as:

- “I thought it included additional features not listed.”

- “I changed my mind.”

- “I no longer use WordPress or Divi.”

- “The product does not fit my project.”

- “I expected customization services.”

We provide extensive previews, demos, and explanations to prevent any confusion.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after receiving the product is considered fraud and will result in:

- Immediate termination of access

- Submission of evidence to the payment processor

- Legal follow-up where required

7. Updates & Compatibility

All digital products include updates as stated on the product page.
We cannot offer refunds due to:

- Changes in Divi

- Updates to your website environment

- Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or custom code

Our products are tested on a clean WordPress + Divi environment, which is the industry-standard baseline.
