I purchased SiteKrafter PRO along with KrafterPresets and the Divi 5 Mastery course
but I still don’t have access to the course or my account. I also can’t download the latest version of SiteKrafter PRO. Sitekrafter does not appear in the WordPress menu, so I cannot set colors or access the stylesheet. (no confirmation or password reset).
I already opened a support ticket with all the details and orders.
If you could please take a look when you have a moment, I’d really appreciate it.
