I’ve customised the look of a Blurb module. When I saved my customisations as a preset, it completely messed up the layout in the Divi Builder. My customisations aren’t displayed correctly in the front end either. What am I doing wrong, or could it be a bug in Divi or KrafterPro?

I have exported pages to import onto another page. However, all the spacing (gaps, rows and columns) and image settings like border, shadow, etc. do not import. I always have to manually set all my spacing and image settings every single time. Is this a bug?
I have a client with a heading that needs to break between two specific words while still keeping the text relatively large. Since there doesn’t seem to be a way to force a line break within the Heading module itself, do you simply use two Heading modules and split the text between them, or is there a better way to do it?
Also, which unit do you normally use for letter spacing: px, em, or something else?

I have set up a Posts template in the theme builder and it works great. but if I want to add a video to a particular post, I add a youtube embed block to the post, it looks great in the post. Yet when i view it live there is a huge gap between the Youtube embeded video and the start of the blog post.
I have tried adding the youtube embed further down the post but the same happens. I am sure there is a simple fix I just can't see it.
I don't want to add a video module as not every blog post will have a video.

Anyone else having trouble with DIVI AI in DIVI 5.13? The always-on rule for krafterPro was sent to AI, but the AI can't find the design system even though it's there.
I have installed the Hero 01 frame and am unable to edit the buttons using the button module presets.
The first button shows as based on the k-primary-button preset. Changing this does not affect the button design. Adding new buttons and this work as expected on the new buttons only.
Does anyone else get this error popup at seemingly random times? Does anyone know what it means and/or how to fix it? I can't tell that anything has changed or isn't working... I just close it and go on...

Why is it that Screaming Frog says I am missing h2 tags? I am using the "h2". Can anyone explain?
I have a client site where one Header design displays properly in the KrafterPro Builder display screen, but on the live website it does not, in multiple laptop browsers for me and my client. However, on my smartphone, it displays correctly. See the screenshots.
The crazy thing is that if I view the site in Safe Mode, the live page displays properly. BUT, if I disable the plugins one-by-one, the live site displays incorrectly... so I can't find if it is an offending plugin. My plugin list is below.
I have tried clearing the cache everywhere - DIVI, Cloudways server, Cloudflare, browser... nothing changes.
Design Assist also does not give any clues.
