No access to Divi 5 Mastery

I purchased Divi 5 Mastery but have no access.
I received a confirmation email with the receipt, but my dashboard is empty and when I go to COURSES and click on the Divi 5 Mastery, it prompts me to purchase it.

Can you provide me the access?

Can you also fix the Account issue (under DASHBOARD)?
When I click on it (Account Dashboard. Subscription, invoices etc.) it does not link to anything.
