Community Update: Support, Downloads and Lifetime Access

I’ve heard your concerns about unanswered questions, access issues and communication. I’m sorry some of you have been left waiting. My first priority is to work through the outstanding issues and make sure you can access what you’ve purchased.
Here’s the order I’ll be working in:
- Respond to outstanding tickets and issues. I’ll start with unanswered support requests, prioritising problems preventing members from activating or using their products.
- Set up the member dashboard with product downloads. This will give you a central place to find and download the products included in your membership.
- Sync Lifetime members from Funnels to Income. I’ll check that the correct tags and membership levels are applied so your access matches your purchase.
If you have an issue that needs urgent attention, please post it in this thread. Include a brief description and your ticket reference, if you have one, so I can find the existing details. Please keep account details, license keys and payment information private.
I’ll share progress updates here as I work through these priorities. Posting here will help me identify urgent issues, although some may require further investigation before I can resolve them.
Thank you for your patience, and to everyone who has been helping fellow members. I know rebuilding confidence takes follow-through, and that’s what I’m focused on.

Hi Mak.I sent you an email the other day.I bought KrafterPRO in December 25, Lifetime.I can't see the download, and I can't see the licenses. I would really appreciate it if you could help.Also it says I'm not a member of the Divi University; I have to be invited.
My lifetime status seems to be "gone". I can't download the program and the free course you emailed about today wants to charge me to access. Please help.

I’m posting here because this is an outstanding issue I have raised previously, and it is still preventing me from safely updating a production website.
The website was built with the original KrafterPRO Design System before the current plugin and the new v3.x Design System were introduced.
The current situation is:
- The KrafterPRO plugin reports 0 Presets, even though the website uses the older KrafterPRO presets.
- It shows Install Design System instead of Update Design System, so the legacy installation is not recognised as a KrafterPRO-managed system.
- Installing the current system previews the complete 260-preset library and warns that active variables and palette colours will be overwritten.
- Merge treats the current presets as new and creates a second preset library because the old and new names are different.
- Replace may remove the old preset IDs that the existing pages still reference, potentially changing or breaking the design.
- Bind Presets and the newer Update Design System improvements do not provide a confirmed old-to-new mapping for these legacy preset IDs.
I have mentioned this issue before, but I still do not have a supported migration path for websites created with the earlier KrafterPRO system.
What I need is either:
- A Legacy KrafterPRO Migration/Adoption tool that recognises the old presets, maps them to the current kit, and preserves or safely updates the existing page references; or
- A one-time migration script, special JSON file, or documented procedure that achieves this safely.
The migration should ideally include a preview of the old-to-new mappings, a list of unresolved presets, a snapshot and full rollback.
This is not only about adding the latest presets. It is about protecting existing customer websites that were built using KrafterPRO before the plugin existed and ensuring the same situation does not happen again with future Design System versions.
I can provide the old and current JSON files, screenshots, and a local or staging copy for testing. I would really appreciate a direct response confirming whether this legacy migration will be supported, or what safe method I should use now.
