Updated

- Bundled design system is now 3.1.2. Quick install uses that file.

- Bundled skill is rebuilt from the design-system file on every package. Derived AI context files are no longer a stale copy.

- Bundled AI skill 1.0.6: two-column markup examples bind the split layout preset on the row.

Fixed

- Design System Status no longer reports gap variables as missing when the kit uses `space-*` tokens for Divi 5 gaps.

- Import Replace and Merge cards describe what each mode actually does, in sentence case.

- Compact design-system context states when its preset list is a subset (`N of M`, buttons and defaults only) and names how to fetch the full inventory. It does not invent names to fill the gap.

- Construction-rule family lists omit deprecated, legacy, and never-select names. If every name in a family is blocked, the family is omitted.

- The layout construction rule now covers rows with side-by-side children, not only columns and groups.

- Font-family tokens stored on heading level are repaired by writing a mapped h1–h6. Clearing that field is refused, because Divi then defaults to h1.

- Font-family tokens can no longer be written to the wrong setting (for example heading level or capitalization). Apply refuses those writes.

- Corrected the bundled design-system export: four preset references pointed at variables that were not in the kit.

- The header preset count no longer treats Divi’s preset-history as extra presets.

- Contrast matrix no longer leaves inverse and brand backgrounds with an empty approved-text list.

- Client Health Report Hand Off: clearer generate flow, quieter empty work section, and white-label cover name falls back to the site name when agency name is empty.

Changed

- Several paid surfaces now require an active licence. They stay visible. A lock opens the upgrade dialog. Existing site data is not deleted if a licence lapses. That includes: full design-system export, Knowledge Graph JSON, the live AI Context ZIP, Brand Apply, brand kits, Design Guard status (re-scan was already paid; opening Design Audit stays free), generating the Client Health Report, downloading or renaming a snapshot, and raising how many snapshots to keep above the free floor of 2. Restore stays available.

- Bundled skill core no longer ships a frozen rules list. Live rules and defects come from `design.md` / Connect AI.

- Spacing binds in order: module spacing preset, then spacing group, then token — never both module and group on the same module.

- Novamira Download design.md and the AI Context ZIP `design.md` are now the same document (names from the live site).

- Construction rules use this site’s layout and spacing names, or say BLOCKED when a family is missing — no hardcoded kit list and no “pad-xs is 4px”.

- Known defects are labelled (`never-select`, `out-of-scope`, `inert`, `informational`) so working out-of-scope presets are not treated as broken.

- Replace no longer says “full baseline reset”. The confirm screen lists which presets stay because they are protected, or because they are still used on pages or Theme Builder. An optional checkbox (off by default) drops the live-reference keeps; protected names still stay.

- Contrast matrix lists approved text colours on inverse, primary, and secondary backgrounds.

- Layout audit for WordPress 6.9+ tells an AI when a fix is one-at-a-time vs part of Fix All.

- Design Audit and Design Assist flag sections still on Divi’s default top/bottom padding (4%) and suggest attaching k-section-m. Apply one section at a time — not included in Fix All.
