For some reason I'm having difficulty getting my new KrafterPro active on a fresh Wordpress install with the latest DIVI5. Here is the error I get when trying to display a Krafter section that Mac was demoing on the starter video that came with my Krafter purchase. It looks like I should be uploading a .jason file? But what or where the file can be found is a mystery to me.
Sorry for the dumb questions I'm totally new at this.😐
David Parsons Hello David, can you first update your design system to the latest version. If you're not sure how to do it, let me know so I can create a quick video.
Mak . Thanks Mac. Not sure what you mean "update your design syatem" since I just purchased Krafter Pro Solo on the 19th I'm shure it was the latest version of it. Or are you referring to something else?
Mak . I'm getting the same error. LocalWP, updated WP 7.1.2 , Divi 5.13.1 and latest KrafterPro 4.2.19.
