2nd Reminder about KrafterPro Licence!

I noticed that yesterday, only 20% of people clicked through to claim their KrafterPRO licence, while many opened the email but didn’t complete the next step.
I’ve sent another email today with the details on how to get your KrafterPRO licence.
If you haven’t updated your licence yet, please do this by tomorrow, as I’ll need to deactivate the coupon code after that.

My purchase of Krafter 2.4 was graciously upgraded to Krafter Pro a while back, but I can't find a way to make this nominal $2.97 purchase to obtain the license. I've watched all the videos carefully, but Mak wasn't able to demonstrate my case because his account already had KrafterPro in place; he just said that it would work. I haven't received a coupon email. I guess I'll remain patient, maybe the mail spool is slow.

Sam Crowe Thank you, Sam. I had seen your previous suggestions to view the video all the way thru, but apparently I didn’t catch the key info when I did so. However this time I did, at about 1:50-ish in the video, and so I entered the code (all caps, BTW), and was able to complete the purchase and obtain the license.

Dirk I’m in the same position. I was told an email had been sent, but I still haven’t received anything yet.
What concerns me is this message:
“If you haven’t updated your licence yet, please do this by tomorrow, as I’ll need to deactivate the coupon code after that.”
@Mak, this feels unfair, as some of us may effectively be penalised despite not having received the email or instructions needed to complete the process. I have sent a support ticket.👍

I just wanted to raise the concern because the wording made it sound quite urgent for those of us who haven’t received the email yet. Thanks for confirming we won’t be affected, I’ll bear with you.
I was told an email was send. Looked through them all from Mak. No email. Opened a support ticket yesterday and no reply as of yet. I am being held up on starting a project just for this license.
Dougie W I've been looking for it as soon as I saw Mak's post about it. Still no email, clear work instructions, or coupon code.
Jeff Sawlor Mak is really really good at videos, but not support. I am not being nasty, but for him to be successful he needs support help.
Dougie W I think one of the hardest parts is having to sift through so many videos just to find an Easter egg coupon code so I can regain access to something I already paid for.
Calling the products Krafter, Krafter Pro, Krafter Presets, and SiteKrafter only adds to the confusion. Honestly, I leave more frustrated than informed. I keep getting emails promoting products I thought I had already purchased, only to discover days later that I no longer have access to them.
Then the products get renamed to something similar, and I find out it’s actually something I already paid for in the first place. The whole experience feels unnecessarily complicated and misleading.
Sorry, Mak, but this really needs to be ironed out quickly.

I have purchased KrafterPro for licence as lifetime member.
The download file is KrafterPro 2.1.8 - Is this the right version. Thought it was version 3.0 or is it comming later and just update at that time?
Looking forward to use KrafterPro.

I was wondering if said 100% no charge for licence but the code for the licence was only 99% and wants to charge $2.97... is this correct? Thought it was free for lifetime members
Camiel Gauthier Camiel, that is correct the upgrade is $2.97 for lifetime members. It had to do with the way coupon codes worked. Honestly, that is a steal of a deal for all that is included in the KrafterPro plugin.

As a lifetime member (have the receipt to proof it) I would love to claim my KrafterPRO license, but I haven't received any of the emails with the code. I appreciate you are very busy, but please help me out.
On the other hand - and this is a question to all community members -, is it still worth chasing for this code as with the release of Divi's variable generator it seems KrafterPRO has become somewhat redundant. Or am I missing something?

Hey Mak, just got it now (late is better than never :-) ).
But I've a question... Is SKP stable now? I mean... It was a theme, than json files...
Is the new plugin way goin' to change again or will it stay like this now?
And subquestion... How to manage websites done the "old way"? I can't recall clients and offer the changes... I mean... that's a lot!
How do you recommand managing that?
