Anyone Having This Issue?
Keep having this issue continuously on my test site. Anyone has ideas on how to fix this.

As Randal Birkey has given you the link to the requirements, If you use the wordpress TOOLS option then go to SITE HEALTH, check the SERVER settings there, you will see what you have and what needs changed.
Thank you Gordon I have double check and everything seems to match the minimum requirements. so not really sure what can be happening.
Very strange... this is my own settings below and not having any issues at all now.
The only other things is the server architecture this is on is:Linux 4.18.0-553.51.1.lve.el8.x86_64 x86_64 and the Web Server is Apache.
In having a longer think, the only other time I seen this recently was when I had a multitude of windows open linking into the site I was working on, all open at different stages... and when I closed them all down, logged back in things worked perfectly fine thereafter. IM currently using: Version: 5.0.0-public-beta.9.1
Did a whole new instalation and that seems to have worked. Gordon thank you for your input.
