I ordered Initia but only got a link to download Krafter. Now there is another download available with a weird name - Sassy-sylvan??
How do I get Initia, no new emaill came my way unless I missed it.

Okay, I just tried installing the Initia Starter Site, using the WP Vivid plugin, but I get this error message:

- Make sure the file name is the original WPvivid export name and hasn’t been edited.
- If the backup came from a site using WPvivid White Label, use the same white label brand name and slug on the target site so the file is recognized.
- Confirm you uploaded a WPvivid backup ZIP, not a generic ZIP from another plugin or manual export.
