No the preset tool is the Krafter tool wich is based on only presets. In Sitekrafter Pro you got css code references (included) wich you use as in Mak´s sitekrafter video learnings. These css code you use in all the modules as section, rows, columns (padding, background, sizes, spaces, etc..

Great it is an real timesaver tool and i´ts genius because it is responsive in all wievs.
I can realy recomend it it´s worth every penny.
