Divi 5 not working for Editor user
I'm building a new website with Divi 5 and everything seems great. A real step forward from Divi 4. The trouble is, I want to allow my client to edit content, including adding/editing Divi modules but I am unable to open the Divi Builder as an Editor user. The button "Edit with the Divi Builder appears but when I click it I can't get past the animate Divi 5 loading icon.
Paul Hooper I have tested and can confirm an editor can edit using the divi builder. Perhaps a caching issue? When I run into strange issues when editing, I turn off all caching for the website, including litespeed etc and disable CDN if in use.

Thanks for responding. It's very useful to know that it's not a fundamental issue with the editor user. I can now continue my investigation in the knowledge that this is something to do with my website and not with Wordpress or Divi5 per se.
I thought the same as you, and I have tried disabling all plug-ins, and running the site in a private window, and I'm not using a CDN, so I'm still struggling. But your info has been very helpful, so I will go through all my earlier steps again as it seems I must've missed something. I'll report back with progress.
After a couple of days conversing with Elegant Themes support, I got this response: "There is a known issue where an Editor user role cannot edit posts and pages, if the posts and pages use a theme builder template with the post content module in it. This issue is still under investigation, and will be fixed in the future version of the theme."
I was able to get around the problem by enabling Theme Builder for the Editor Role. Not ideal but a reasonable workaround given that Divi 5 is still in Beta.
