I purchased Krafter right at the start when you first release it but the Krafter Pro download link will not work for me. I'm told I need to purchase it, but you said people who already had Krafter would get Krafter Pro free.

I puchased Krafter at the last minute but within the time where I should get the Upgrade to KrafterPro. I only received the krafter.zip as a download. How can I get the upgrade, please?
Mak, what exactly is the plan? I bought Krafter at the end of December last year (2025). The invoice says Krafter Lifetime. I'm getting emails with a download button. These aren't working, as usual. What's happening now? Will Krafter automatically become Krafter Pro? When will this happen?

Hi Mak, I appreciate you are a bit stretched, but I have the same issue as the folks above. I have purchased a life time Krafter license, but can't get beyond this screen (see below). I hope you or someone in the community can help me out. Thanks.
