Hello folks,
I have recently purchased the SiteKrafter Pro child theme and the Divi 5 Mastery course. I have been using Divi for about 8 years now, and really love what D5 is bringing to the table.
That being said, I am having issues installing the Sitekrafter child theme and getting it to activate, it is not showing up in the left column of the dashboard with options. I am sure I am missing something simple, and would appreciate any help. I will try to be active in here as well.

I have had a support ticket on the site open since last Friday. I am happy to communicate anyway that let's me get to use this product before I build any more new sites as I want to use the CSS additions to the child theme.
