Is there support for downloaded products?!
Can anyone advise how to reach support if I have a problem with a download? My request is a month old with no response.
Megan Pugh Unfortunately, I don't have a better suggestion than to submit a support ticket. Which product is it that you're having trouble downloading?
Mathias G I purchased the newer child site but the download it came with doesn't seem to be the correct project. I set up a ticket but it has been months and no response from support.
Megan Pugh Sounds like something Mak . needs to take a look at to see what might be wrong.
Mathias G I was able to download the product and install now that there is more info up but weirdly the login is on the entry to the actual starter site and it was apparently sent in a welcome email that I no longer have access to.
I would think it would be accessible in my portal...but doesn't seem to be.

Mak . I was able to install it but now that it’s on my site I can’t log into my site because I no longer have the welcome email that supposedly has the login information and I cannot seem to find anything about it in my portal.
