Issues with Divi 5 after installing Krafter 1.5
After importing the krafter 1.5.json file into the Divi library, whenever I try to create or update a page with the Divi Builder, the builder just shows the new spinning square without ever loading the builder page. Here are some notes regarding different things I have tried to get this to work.
- I have installed Krafter 1.5 on a site in the Local environment.
- I have installed it on a fully hosted subdomain.
- I have installed it on a permanent site set up with tastewp.com.
- I have created a page with Divi prior to importing Krafter and the page builder loads fine. After importing Krafter, and I try to update the page, the square spins and never resolves to the builder.
- After importing Krafter and creating a new page with Divi, the square spins and never resolves to the builder.
- I have reviewed the Divi Support report created and all PHP parameters exceed or meet the suggested settings.
- I have cleared the Divi caches with no resolution.
- I have tried multiple browsers.
I can only conclude that the issue is somehow related to Krafter. I would appreciate a review of this post by Mak or anyone else who has an idea. Has anyone else had this issue or is it only me?!

Yay! I finally "solved" the issue. After installing Krafter 1.5, I logged out of the site, closed the browser tab and then logged back in with a new tab. I had previously cleared the browser cache and the Divi caches but this time it did the trick. I'm very relieved!

I am having the exact same issue as you described above. I noted this in a post yesterday. I also did almost everything you tried to get Krafter to work. Seeing your success, I tried doing the same thing and I still have no luck.

Robert try go in to Divi Theme setup and click on button in right corner clean cashe then close all brovser tabs open an new browser window click on tre dots up im right corner choose delete web information choose all time then the delete button to clear all cashe close everything again and try it over again with login to your site.
Robert Jarinka I wonder if this is a Divi 5 beta issue or one with how the presets are being loaded in Krafter. We shouldn't have to go through all the very good steps you mention in order to get this to work. It would be good if @Mak would take a look.
