I bought Krafter 2.4 so I should get the upgrade, right? But on my Dashboard when I click to download Krafter PRO, it gives me an error page.
I purchased Krafter early this morning, prior to the "Cutoff"

I too went to my Dashboard, clicked the Deep Blue box with the text in orange and white stating "KrafterPRO Download Here!" and found nada
I then followed Sandra Tomlinson suggestion, went back to dashboard, and in the footer area saw the "Krafter Download Latest Version." CT
Of course, it said "The Divi5 Design System You're Trying To Download Is For Lifetime Members And Paid Members.
As stated above, I am.
So, I'll give patience another try as I'm sure Mak is busy beyond both is and our imaginations.
I think we need to await the arrival of the onboarding email to get the download link.

Like most people here, I was overwhelmed after buying both Krafter and Presets just five days ago, so I wanted to make sure I was included in the upgrade. Honestly, reading the comments here and not getting any clear answers from Mark didn’t exactly boost my confidence. For anyone who can’t access the upgrade through the link, I haven’t found another way either. And I have to say, it felt a bit odd that the link was all the way at the bottom of the Dashboard page.

I do have one important question regarding the installation over the previous Krafter 2.4.
After updating Divi 5 to the latest version, do we delete the previous version of Krafter in the the Divi Library by simply trashing it, emptying the trash and then install Krafter Pro? Will it mess up the presents library in the new install or cause any other problems?
Do we also delete the old templates in the theme builder with the Trash icon (reset templates) first, then install the Krafter Pro templates? I think that one is a yes. Thanks all!

I also buy the Krafter 2 days ago to be able to take Pro but i receive the following error

KrafterPRO is a unified product which combines Krafter, KrafterPresets and Starter Templates and is now one product.
- Dashboard now updated.
- If there is an update, I will notify with a version number.
- Starter templates is not KrafterPRO
- Krafter and KrafterPresets are not being sold any more, they have been discontinued.

Mak Mak, thank. It helps a lot. PS: If you would like any help with keeping things straight and up to date, etc., I'd be happy to help. Just let me know. But thanks. This was a huge improvement. Also, version number (and last updated dates) definitely help as it allows us to keep track of what we're using, what's new and when they are released, etc. Thanks again for taking the time to explain this and straighten out the dashbord. Love it!!
Meine Frage, ist sitekrafter Pro nur etwas für neue Divi 5 Projekte, oder auch was für die Migration von 4 zu 5?
My question is, is SiteKrafter Pro only for new Divi 5 projects, or can it also be used for migrating from 4 to 5?
Gilbert Röhrborn : Meine Ersten Erfahrungen sagen: Mann kann alte, von D5 auf D5 migrierte Projekte damit weiterentwickeln. Aber es ist kompliziert und führt oft schnell zu Konfusion.
Ich werde meine alten, D4>D5 Seiten komplett neu bauen. Wird unterm Strich schneller gehen und sauberer sein. Das Seitendesign, die grundlegende Struktur und auch die Inhalte (Texte und Bilder) können ja übernommen werden.
@Mak - I am having the same problem. I purchased Krafter for $77 expecting the free upgrade to the Pro version but cannot find a place to download it. When I click the Download link in the dashboard where you indicated above, I get the same red box error as others. Please advise. Big fan, by the way - I've been watching your tutorials for years! Thx.
