KrafterPro Lifetime License – Does It Apply to Version 4?

Sorry if this question has already been answered somewhere in the forum. However, I’m still missing clear and structured information that I can refer back to.
I currently have a KrafterPro lifetime license, which is valid for versions 2 and 3. Now that version 4 seems to be coming, I’m wondering whether my existing lifetime license will still apply to it.
If not, can I at least continue using my license without limitations for version 3?
I fully understand and support ongoing development. However, I personally do not work with AI and mainly need a solid design system where I can manage settings and templates, and transfer them between projects via import and export. Most of the newer features are therefore not relevant for my use case.
That’s why it’s important for me to clearly understand how the versions and licensing are structured. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a clear overview so far.

I ask him here (https://diviuniversity.com/portal/space/divi-community/post/get-your-krafterpro-licence-before-the-i?comment_id=5400) about the upgrade and if the current lifetime license covers version 4. He said I would not "have to pay the difference." There's also download link to the beta version of version 4. But I'm still concerned because I don't have a lifetime badge, so I'm not sure if I'm eligible for the upgrade. It's seriously confusing, and Mak isn't always clear and responsive. He has a ton of things going on.
Hello Sandro. The license is either yearly or lifetime. If you have a lifetime licence for krafterpro, the upgrade to version 4 is not a paid option. Version 4 will include: AI workflows, Divi 4 to Divi 5 modernising, and building from scratch or with templates.

@funnelstoincome, I'm sorry, but this sounds confusing, because it appears to describe an upgrade to Version 4, not what current Version 4 license holders receive.
If I'm a current KrafterPRO Lifetime holder, I'm assuming I DO NOT need to upgrade to Version 4 lifetime. Correct?
With a timeline deadline of tonight for Version 4 onward, I am also trying to get clarity. While I have Lifetime, having purchased several items via Mak's links, I have been out of internet connection for most of 7 months while on a wilderness trek. Coming back this last weekend and having tons of key emails to catch up on.
I found several from MAK a month or so ago with timelines to upgrade by a certain date. 5/8/26 was then a Final reminder to get Krafter Pro. That link of course no longer works. This was while I was out in the wilderness. However, bottom line, I have just downloaded Version 4 but don't know where all this stands for me. Hopefully, my wilderness trek didn't drop me out of the Lifetime options :-(
In other words, hopefully I haven't missed out on the forward options for Lifetime members. I am looking forward to deep diving into and catching up with all the great offerings by you, MAK.
Any sharing of perspective of where I might stand as a Lifetime Member who has been out of the communication loop for the many months would be most helpful! 🌞🙏
BTW, a few weeks ago, while I was in a remote location with temporary internet, I tried to supply several coffees for MAK as I had done before. I entered the amount etc. but the final link to send never would activate.

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome back. Seven months on a wilderness trek definitely sounds like a good reason to have missed a few emails!
Most importantly, your Lifetime status has not been lost.
If you already hold a qualifying KrafterPRO Lifetime license, you remain a Lifetime member and you will continue to receive the updates and benefits attached to that license. Missing the recent promotional deadlines while you were offline does not remove the Lifetime access you already purchased.
The emails you saw with deadlines were mainly aimed at people who still needed to upgrade or move onto the newer KrafterPRO licensing options before the pricing changed.
KrafterPRO 4 is a major evolution of the system, with features such as the new Health Scan, design-system auditing and fixing, accessibility checks, AI connectivity and a much deeper workflow around Divi 5 variables and presets.
There’s quite a lot to catch up on, but you certainly haven’t been left behind.
And thank you as well for trying to send the coffees — I really appreciate that. Don’t worry about the payment link not working; the support and kind words mean a lot.
The version 4 you downloaded is a beta version, version 4 is launching next week Tuesday.

I think I"hold a qualifying KrafterPRO Lifetime license," but I am not certain.
As I mentioned, I have purchased a number of products via your links each qualifying for a Lifetime Membership. I did c;lick on the SiteKrafter Pro 4 Pro Templates and the Pro Design System and was able to download the Zip File. showing as JSON File. I haven't tried to open them further. I believe earlier I was told as a Lifetime Member I had a qualifying Krafter Pro License . HOWEVER, I am really not certain as I am trying to get back in the loop. How do I know if I ahve a qualifying Krafter Pro License?

Will Chase Me too. Mac said I was a lifetime member, but not getting any access that I can find.
I am still very confused. As you can see from the screen capture it would appear that I have paid for Krafter Pro twice. Can someone please clarify If my purchase on May 13 2026 is still in effect or not? Did I need to make the “freelancer” purchase on August 6?
