Lifetime SiteKrafter

I purchased a Lifetime SiteKrafter Pro license yesterday. Could you please grant me access to the VIP members area? I’d like to download the latest version before I start my new websites.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Ella, how did it go with that?

I was thinking of doing the shopping, but I see and read so many things that now I have doubts.

I bought the Fluent Community plugin through Mak’s referral link.

I did it expecting he’d later create a course to help us learn how to use it, along with a promised community site template.

It’s been 5 months, and I haven’t received anything. No course. No template. No response.

I’ve tried reaching out through every channel I could: support, posts, DMs—both in this community and the Fluent Community group he created for buyers. Nothing. Complete silence.

Now that I’m reading others’ comments, I see I’m not alone. Many are reporting the same thing— Augustine Mak  Mak has gone silent.

I was interested in Sitekrafter Pro, but with all this happening, I’m really starting to second-guess it. If others have paid even more and are still waiting… it just makes me feel worse about it.

Hello Ernesto,

I have not received any reply from Mak, which is ridiculous — this is the worst customer service I have received in my entire life so far. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they promised to provide results within two weeks to a month. I am not in the business of giving away money for free, and neither should anyone else be.

As for the Lifetime SiteKrafter that I received through my purchase, it is not updated — it’s still on version 5.1.4, while the current version is already 6.x. Based on what I’ve read, it’s causing others problems and wasting their time, so I will not touch it until it’s updated and fully functional.

Good luck with your case!

Ernesto

Ella Wow… a sad reality.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the process.

Honestly, I don’t know much about this topic, and I was hoping to rely on Mak and his system to implement everything more “easily and quickly” on my website.

I’m currently trying to save money by doing everything on my own.

But I’ll pause that for now and avoid spending on something that doesn’t seem real.

No one anticipated this situation—otherwise, I wouldn't have gone anywhere near Sitecrafter or his YouTube channel. But here we are. He could easily put an end to the damage by simply stopping sales and taking the page down—if his intentions were truly good.

(I believe I’m the youngest member here, and I hope this kind of experience ends with me.)

Based on what I’ve learned about Sitecrafter and the ongoing Divi 5 updates, it seems Divi 5 is gradually rolling out features that essentially replicate what Sitecrafter was offering. And the best part? These features will be built directly into the Divi 5 core once complete.

That might explain why Mak is struggling to keep up—just my opinion, of course ( I obviously don't know everything behind the scene). But that part isn’t the issue. The problem is his attitude: continuing to sell a flawed product, showing little regard for users' experiences, and failing to take responsibility. Hopefully, one day, he’ll come to terms with that.

As for you—holding onto your money until the smoke clears is the smartest move you can make.

Everything you're saying makes a lot of sense to me. Thank you very much, and I hope Mak recaps and makes the necessary adjustments to be up to date with the entire community. 🙏🏼
