Mak's Starter Site - Installed in the beginning
I installed it, and have been trying to give third party access, so I created a temp. user in WP. It looks like they only see the login page to the starter site and not able to go in the normal wp-admin way.
Mak's photo is in the upper right in the WP user area, and he is admin. Is this the issue and how do I delete him. Will this allow the third party to login? I'm confused.
Hi Tim, if you have used wpvivid to install the site it installs as a site created by MAK and he is the admin. You have the username and password for this user to enable you or anyone else to login.
Once you are logged in create a new user for either yourself or your third party to enable them to log in. Your third party will see the bespoke login page generated by FluentAuth and should be able to login. If you don't want this disable FluentAuth to get the normal login page.
You can delete the MAK user if you wish. Probably a wise choice as this user will be well known.
