Your Krafter updates seem very useful, unfortunately there is no easy way to update a previous Krafter install, so I have abandoned using it. Once you and your team come up with a way to update the install, please let me know so I can reconsider using it.

Mak , can you explain when to use Site Krafter and/or Krafter, please?
I probably should read more into it, but I thought you could explain it faster:-).
Or is Krafter, as a design tool, more focused on DiVi5 versus Site Krafter, which is more suitable as a child theme for DiVi4?
The confusing part is the portion where all settings are like color, sizes etc,.

It´s pease of cake to upgrade Krafter
- just unzip the Krafter.zip file you get the krafter.json file.
- Go to Divi library click at Export/Import buton in left corner choose Import then choose your krafter.json file and check the import presets and click import..
- All Done just use it on any page.

After Importing Krafter 2.0, I noticed there's still the Krafter 1.9 version in the Divi Library. Should I delete the Krafter 1.9 version?

Robert J Thanks.....this worked. I think I followed a documentation that was meant for a child theme. I didn't realize we just needed to upload that .json file to the library with the import presets checked. You comment helped....thanks.
MAK, I know I had asked about this before and you said you were going to have one of your developers look into making this happen, but as Ernie also said above, it would be a huge help and improvement if you could turn Krafter into a plugin, that would allow you to automatically updatet the plugin (ever time there's an update) and all we'd have to do is download the update from within the plugins area, and then Krafter would automatically be updated and we wouldn't have to download the Krafter json file and import it. The issue is, if we are using Krafter on multiple websites, downloading the Krafter json file and having to upload it into each website is just very time consuming. Can you let me know where you are with this and share with us a timeline as to when this might be implemented. Thanks, Gary
Gary Gordon I also thought there was an issue with uploading importing the new version because it would overwrite any presets/settings that existed with the same name. Things like colors and even perhaps clamp definitions that you might have changed would be overwritten. I had tried to upload one of the earlier Krafter versions (1.3?) and it caused a critical error, so I had to restore from backup. Maybe that isn't an issue, but hoping you can tell me your experience.

If we want to make custom changes to the KRAFTER defaults that we want to use on our website, so we can change the fonts, colors, etc., etc., within Krafter, and have Krafter show our "new" and custom changes throughout our website, my question is, if we upgrade to a newer version of Krafter by importing in the new version, will it OVERWRITE any of the changes that we made to Krafter (previously)? I'm thinking the answer is yes. So if the answer "is yes", how can we make custom changes to Krafter (fonts, colors, sizes, etc.) and have them NOT be overwritten when we upload a new version of Krafter? I guess I'm just confused. It would be appreciated if Mak would answer us when we ask questions or report issues. I also haven't gotten much help at all when I create a support ticket. His work is great but I'm just feeling there's a lot needed in the way of support.
No one will answer here, I purchased the Divi program for $27 and the Divi Krafter $77 which I am submitting for a refund through my bank. No one answers any of their tech support online anywhere, I have posted in several of them. They just want to sell as many subscriptions as they can, but support is non existent.

Yeah, this is bogus. I bought Presets, and I've not been able to access any of them. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has even gotten back to me on Support. If you can't handle the volume of customers you bring in, then stop looking to get more customers.
The link in the email doesn't help you download Krafter 2.0. It takes you to a website you don't have access to.
I obtained Krafter 2.0 another way. I also purchased Divi 5 Mastery and logged in to the Divi University website. At the top of the menu bar is My Dashboard. Click on it to access a page with all your information. Click on Account, and then see Downloads in the left sidebar. Click on it. There you'll see the Krafter 2.0 zip file with a download button. This one works. That's how I obtained Krafter 2.0.
Philip Jamlean That is the problem Philip, when I go to my Dashboard and click Downloads it say: Oops! You don’t have permission to view this page! Make sure you’re logged in and try again, or contact support.
Michael In your Dashboard go to Account. Then Download in the leftsidebar.

Philip Jamlean Phillip, thank you that worked, I would have never thought to look in the Accounts when there is a button that says Krafter and Downloads, this system is not well thought out, but thank you for showing me the workaround.
Has anyone downloaded the new Krafter-2.0.zip and installed successfully? I just bought it and followed the documentation at: https://diviuniversity.com/docs/installing-sitekrafter-pro/
Got a big ole error...so maybe the documentation is out-of-date? It looks like the zip file only contains 1 json file and doesn't want to upload as a theme when installing the downloaded zip file.
