Hello Mak! There are two of us still waiting for a response to our problem... I submitted a support ticket last week and you asked me which version of SiteKrafter I had. I replied that I had the May version, 6.1.6... I purchased SiteKrafter a little over two weeks ago... On my download page, that's the only version I can download... In the meantime, I don't have access to the latest version. This other customer has the same problem as me: https://diviuniversity.com/portal/u/ernie
Augustine Mak Hey MAK! I don't know what you did, but nothing is working... It's getting worse and worse... I just want a link to the latest version... period! Right now, all I can download is the May version... 6.1.6.... Even my support page is out of commission... I don't know what else to say to make you understand the problem...
Honestly, I'm a patient guy, but this is starting to get on my nerves a little. Honestly, I think you're suffering from your own success! You seem to really lack the time to provide customer support... I don't mean to be rude, but you offer support, but you're unable to provide truly quality customer support.
My suggestion, for what it's worth, is to delegate the management of your customer support to a partner or employee. You would gain in reputation and in sales of your child theme.

Amy Starr Hi, i bought the Lifte Time license yesterday. I wil use it with Divi 4 for now, I hope it is compatible? Divi 5 is just an Alpha, not stable for commercial production websites.
BUT the download link i have received was for an older version 6. And your link above does not work for me... Seem that the page is not ready, locked.. ? A little annoying, I need to work on a new project today, and I was hoping to use SiteKrafter.
Hi Augustine Mak ! I was wondering if there was a plan in the future to make it possible to update SiteKrafter from a link in WordPress. I can't see using it until that point.

I hate to keep bothering you, but I am still unable to access the Divi 5 Mastery and the Email Marketing tutorials. I am a Lifetime Member and really love what you are doing, but I know that I need a little training/help, so I wanted to start watching the Mastery videos. Thanks for looking into this and doing such great work on the Divi 5 "goodies"!
Jonathan Little Little Hello Jonathan. I've just checked your account and youre a lifetime member. Please tell me what error you are getting or send me a screenshot. If we continue to have issues, I will recreate the account but lets see the error first. You should have access to everything on Divi University.

Pour Lokau: tu dois cliquer dans \</>Sitekrafters dans la colonne de gauche et tu verras le lien Sitekrafter Zip pour cliquer ...:)
Hi Augustine Mak, I also do not have access to the latest version of SiteKrafter Pro.
I purchased SK Pro lifetime a few days ago (30th Aug.), and as several here have reported, can access only an older version (v6.1.6).
Please do what is necessary so I can access the SiteKrafters community, and whatever else I may need.
