Also with an endpoint with live Q & A ZOOM meeting by newbies.
We just want to now how many would be interessted then come up with an sign up list.

I would like such a live session. Thanks, Mak, for this morning, and thanks, Robert, for posting this.
I would be interested in this as well... thanks Mak and all!
Robert J @funnelstoincome Hi Robert and Mak!
I think a beginner's course covering the entire workflow from Divi 5 to KrafterPRO and Divi Components is a great idea. I'm sure many members would benefit from it, especially those who are just getting started.
However, I also think we need to address some existing issues alongside introducing new courses.
The original KrafterPRO video courses were removed because they were outdated, which is completely understandable. At the time, we were told that updated courses would be available within a few weeks. It's now been almost six months, and we're still waiting.
I've received quite a few questions, both privately and here in the community, from members wondering where the courses have gone, especially those who purchased Lifetime licenses.
Another concern is the response time to questions and support requests. In some cases, members have been waiting weeks without receiving an answer.
For example, there are members who cannot activate their KrafterPRO licenses because the activation button isn't working. At least one member has started using Divi's own Design System instead, simply because they haven't been able to get the issue resolved.
I've personally spent some time helping this member troubleshoot the problem, and we've made some progress in identifying what might be causing it. However, we haven't fully resolved it yet, so I can't say exactly what needs to be fixed at this point.
I'm also aware of members who have chosen to become less active in the community because they feel their questions and concerns rarely receive any follow-up. I think that's something we should take seriously, because an active and engaged community is one of the most valuable things a product like KrafterPRO can have.
There are many knowledgeable and helpful members here, myself included, who regularly spend time trying to help others and share what we've learned.
However, there's a limit to what we as community members can do. When a problem is closely related to the product itself, its internal functionality, licensing system, or a potential bug, we simply don't have the same insight or access as the developer.
In those situations, it's not always possible to provide an accurate answer or a reliable solution, no matter how much time and effort we put into troubleshooting.
Community support is incredibly valuable, but it cannot completely replace communication and technical support from the people developing the product.
I fully understand that Mak has a lot going on and that developing and maintaining these products takes time. I have great respect for that.
But I also believe that existing members need reliable support, clearer communication, and access to the learning materials that were previously promised.
I'm absolutely in favor of new courses and educational initiatives. I just think it would be beneficial to address these existing issues alongside any new plans.
Ultimately, I believe this is about more than just courses or individual support requests. It's about maintaining trust, keeping members engaged, and making sure people feel that their questions and concerns are being heard.
I genuinely want KrafterPRO and this community to succeed, and I believe improving these areas would make a significant difference for everyone involved.

Hi Mathias,
Thank you for raising this so thoughtfully, and for the time you’ve spent helping other members.
You’re right: community support should complement support from me, not replace it. Members shouldn’t be left trying to resolve licensing or product issues themselves, or waiting weeks for a response.
The replacement training has also taken too long. I gave an expectation that updated courses would be available within a few weeks, and I haven’t delivered on that expectation. I’m sorry for the delay and the lack of clear updates. I understand why this has affected people’s confidence, particularly those who purchased expecting access to that training.
A beginner’s workflow course could be valuable, but it doesn’t remove my responsibility to provide the learning materials and support existing customers were promised.
My immediate priority is to review outstanding support requests, starting with issues preventing members from activating or using KrafterPRO. Mathias, please send me the links to the unresolved discussions you’ve mentioned so I can pick those up directly. You’ve already done a lot to help, and I don’t expect you to keep troubleshooting on my behalf.
For the training, I’ll publish a clear update explaining what is available, what still needs replacing, and a delivery schedule I can realistically meet. I don’t want to give everyone another vague “coming soon” promise.
Thank you also to everyone who has continued helping others here. I value that contribution, and I recognise that keeping this community healthy requires consistent communication and follow-through from me.

@funnelstoincome
Thank you for your response. I really appreciate you taking the time to address these concerns so openly.
I think this is a positive step forward, and I'm glad to hear that you're planning to improve both communication and support.
Regarding the licensing issue I've been helping another member with, I'm happy to say that she has now successfully activated KrafterPRO on all three of her websites after installing version 4.2.30.
We spent quite a lot of time troubleshooting the issue, including comparing PHP settings, checking WordPress permissions, JavaScript, CSS and even comparing the code between KrafterPRO 4.2.25 and 4.2.30.
Although we found several changes between the versions, we still don't know exactly what resolved the issue. She had already tried reinstalling previous versions without success.
I'll go through the other discussions I've mentioned and send you the links to any issues that are still unresolved.
I also appreciate what you said about community support complementing, rather than replacing, your own support. That's exactly the point I've been trying to make.
I'm always happy to help other members when I can, and I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and solving problems. But when an issue is closely related to the product itself, there are limits to what we can investigate without insight from the developer.
I'm also glad you're planning to provide a clearer update and realistic timeline for the training materials. I think that will mean a lot to members who have been waiting.
I really hope this is the beginning of more consistent communication and a stronger community moving forward.
Thanks again, Mak! 😊
