SiteKrafter

I recently purchased the SiteKrafter Theme via the Elegant Marketplace. After watching most of your promo material. I was exciting to try it out, before investing in the Lifetime Licence. However, I have a number of issues:
- The product I bought is materially different from the one advertised on your site
- The product is a plugin and not a theme, as advertised
- I can therefore only assume that this is a previous version, which is not clear on the Elegant Marketplace
I would appreciate if we can sort this out a.s.a.p.
Also, to let you know that the Elegant downloaded product’s menu links are custom links, which is a bit annoying when trying to follow your support tutorial.
Finally, I did write to you earlier, via this support link, but have had no response, So I am not sure if these support requests go to you or the Elegant team. So I apologies for posting this on the Divi-University site as well.

SiteKrafter is a child theme, not a plugin. You would upload it in the Appearance area. Are you sure you have the right files?

Once you have downloaded the file sitekrafter-pro version 7.3.0 to your computer, go to Appearance > Themes > Add a Theme (at the top) > Upload Theme (at the top) > choose a file > select the sitekrafter-pro zip file > install now > activate or replace installed with uploaded > activate. This install the child theme. It is important to ensure you have the latest version of Divi 5 installed before uploading and activating the Sitekrafter Pro child theme.
