Sitekrafter Updates
Hi Mak, I'm just a “simple” buyer, not a Lifetime. How do I get the updates, it's always all “private”
When you buy SiteKrafter Pro, you get access to the SiteKrafter Community. Thats where all the updates and announcements are.
Hello Mak, I bought Sitekrafter Pro - but not a lifetime license just a yearly license. The last Update from sitekrafter.com is from May 29.
It sound a litle bit like a joke.

Kirsten Albrecht It may seem like a joke. You have to remember that some features take long to implement and each update should maintain stability. Sometime when Divi releases a feature it breaks the framework and a fix has to be done. SiteKrafter Pro is in constant improvements.

Am I correct in understanding that for $100 I get exactly one version and no UPDATES?????
I really don't believe it – I'm canceling the purchase, I want my money back!
Kirsten Albrecht Thats not correct. You get all updates and full support for a full year. Then you can renew after, this is standard with all plugins or services.
So where can I download Sitekrafter Pro 7 (and subsequent versions) so that I can update my old version: 6.0. I paid $100 for it, and now it's useless. It only works to a limited extent with the current DIVI 5 release.

You are not the only one with this problem. I hope Augustine Mak will see this comment soon and fix it for you and also for Jacques Erlanger who has posted the same problem today. 😇
I hope so – I'm really starting to freak out... I'll say it again... I bought Sitekrafter Pro – but (only) a one-year license. But I can't get any updates!
