I just felt I needed to share my success.
I am no builder / freelancer or coder and I have just finished my website using Divi 5 and Mak's KrafterPro.
It was tricky getting to use to it at first but, I continued and the results are just what I wanted.
It's no fancy site with loads of swirls and sliders etc but it does what I need it to do.
I would just like to thank Mak for the system and everyone that has helped me along the way.
I just have a few pages to finish touching but the main pages I rely on are working great.

Didn't run any experiments really other than switching things on and off.
I am hosted on Siteground and have their included Speed Optimizer plugin the only thing activated in that is - Remove Query Strings and Use Webp images
I have a free plugin called Flying Scripts which delays my Javascript from things like goole tags, Fb tags etc and another by the same firm called Flying Analytics which just hosts my google analytics code.
And WP Rocket that has the following enabled - Load Javascript deferred - Minify css - Lazyload images and add missing image dimensions.
And Shortpixel for my Image optimization
My SEO tool is Squirrly free version.
Other than those plugins for site optimization there is only WPforms and a Google Reviews plugin.
As mentioned in the post the site isn't anything fandangled and i'm no builder or coder so don't know what half the WP setting actually mean or do and I just built one page at a time using Krafterpro & Divi 5 theme.
I'm trying to find the code to prefetch my background image on the header and work out where to put it at the moment, hopefully that will take the performance score up.

I most of of times got this with seraphinite-accelerator-ext_v2.28.5 free plugin if it can help someone.
After installing just download the extended version wich is linked in plugin..
Do the easy wizard step configuration.

This what I found by digging deeper in the community using accelerator plugins:
For anyone trying this: Just make sure to get the extended version and run the Easy Wizard. Just a quick heads-up: Be sure to deactivate any other caching plugins first to avoid conflicts, as they can sometimes break the layout.
Also, it’s worth noting that plugins aren't always a magic bullet. For instance, there are LiteSpeed servers (which is currently the gold standard for WP speed), the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is usually the fastest choice since it communicates directly with the server.
