Sorry to hear about the Black Friday problem. But happy to hear that you are going forward. A true winner won’t quit, no matter what. The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. I have done this many times in my life and I am still doing it now in the age of 77. No one will answer here, I purchased the Divi program for $27 and the Divi Krafter $77 which I am submitting for a refund through my bank. No one answers any of their tech support online anywhere, I have posted in several of them. They just want to sell as many subscriptions as they can, but support is non existent.

Life is up and down, and I'm happy to see that your life is on the way up again, and it is well deserved. I have been following your videos for a long time, before you launched Divi University, SiteKrafter, and then Krafter, so it was an easy choice when you offered lifetime.
You have made my life, and for sure many others, easier when it comes to creating websites in Divi.

+1 for the idea of an affiliate/reseller program for 2026, and a pinned post with support channels/response times could really help the community.
