Unable to Cancel monthly Credit Card Charge....

Mak, For several years I've been charged a monthly CC charge. I've requested the cancellation several times using your email address and never heard back from you. Right now I'm protesting it each month and getting the money refunded by my CC company.

Can you cancel my subscription? It's not the amount but the frustration of having to deal with it each month.
