I’ve always considered myself a patient person — and I truly am 😅 — but some situations become so frustrating that eventually I lose patience… and honestly, this is one of those moments. 😩
@funnelstoincome, please don’t tell me I have access to something until it's actually been granted. 🙏🏾 It’s incredibly tiring to keep coming here, searching around, and then discovering yet again that I still can’t access what I’ve been told is available. 🚫
I’d genuinely rather wait until everything is fully set up than be sent on a constant hunt for something that never seems to appear when promised. 😔
So here we are again:

I have a lifetime KrafterPro membership, should I have free access to Divi 5 Design Workflow? Also, I've created support tickets over a month ago with no response.
This has cost me dearly, so sad. I get what is being done, but I'm not happy at all. I have lost out on opportunities due to waiting to get access to the course. Lesson learnt, as my mother always said: 'Don't buy puss in a bag.' Still Here, Still Waiting!
Michael McCollum & Sandra Tomlinson I feel your pain as well. We have messages all over the place. I have an open support ticket that's over a month old with no response. Trying to keep things organized but to no avail. Also, there's no clear path or next steps. You have the Divi Community, Krafter Pro Community, KrafterPRO course (Is this relevant?), SiteKrafter Pro (Under Courses), Divi 5 Workflow, Divi 5 Mastery II and now Divi Design Workflow. It's hard trying to make heads or tails of everything.
Also the term "Lifetime Members" is used very loosely. Lifetime to what, KrafterPRO, Divi University +, etc.?
