problem with settings not showing
This is specifically in the visual builder. This occurred even before the recent update. When I hover in my sections, rows, modules, the settings boxes do not appear. and for rows specifically they constantly flash. I always have to use layers or the settings box to do what I need. Any idea why this occurs? Is it a bug?

Mak . Hi Mak! Click on "Action Icons on Hover" to enable (it was a dark grey) and will turn blue. Then go to "Workspace Settings" and click "update workspace" for Global. I cheated...Elegant Themes showed me when I asked about it.
