Why won't KrafterPro design presets show up when I start a new module?

I have been using KrafterPro with Divi 5 for months now, and most of the time when I want to apply the Krafter presets to my sections, rows, and modules, they show up. But many times they don't, and all I get are default presets. That happens even if, for example, the Row is within a KrafterPRO section. How do I enable the KP presets to always show up?
