Not getting the discount when I try to upgrade
I have a freelance subscription to Krafter Pro & I want to get in on the discount for KrafterPro Lifetime. Maybe it's the time difference and the window has closed, but I'm not getting the refund when I click on "I have read the refund Policy", so it charges me for the full amount. Can we get an extension on the promo so that our current subscription will be subtracted from the total? I watched the video, but none of those steps worked for me today or yesterday.
It looks like the discount is still available when I check. But as you mentioned, it could be related to the time difference.

Mathias G The discount is still available, but I'm not getting the $197 credit got my current liscense. ie: $497 - $197=$300.00.
Carolyn Byrd That's strange that you're not getting the discount. I'm not exactly sure how Mak has set it up this time, but it may be that he needs to email you a discount code so the system recognizes that you only need to pay the difference.

I had the same issue. I purchased at $497 and then sent a note to support, and was credited $97 (I purchased the Solo a couple of months ago) the same or next day.
Maybe that’s the best plan Lynn Bantley but idk
