I've updated your account, you should be able to download KrafterPRO 4 and add your licence.
Marcus . I'm having a similar issue, can you update my account as well? I purchased Krafter lifetime which was upgraded to Krafter PRO when that was released.

I have the same problem.
So it isn't just me that's confused? I see KrafterPro Designers in the sidebar. Am I supposed to see something else to be able to download it?
