Lifetime member, no KrafterPro access
Mak . I've been trying to get this resolved for a number of days but no responses to my community comments or the support ticket I raised.
I'm a lifetime member but have no access to KrafterPro in downloads or licenses on my Dashboard. Can you please fix my account?

I hope this issue gets resolved. I decided to purchase today, but when I joined the community and saw these posts, I became concerned. Things happen, I get it... I hope Mak is okay. I've been using Divi since 2016, and Mak has been involved and shared so many great tutorials, I would hate to see anything happen to his SiteKrafter endeavor. I will wait and watch what happens here, and hopfully you all can get some relief this next week. Thank you Siman, Ben, Erin, and Drake for posting your concerns.
