I discovered that I have Krafter 2 released in 2023. Does that version qualify for the 2.4 upgrade?

Update: I tried importing version 2 in the latest version of Divi, but I get the message that the file can't be imported in this context. Is version 2 incompatible with the latest version of Divi?

After watching the training videos on both versions, it seems Krafter more often uses the Design and Content tabs, whereas Pro uses the Advanced/Attributes tab. Could you list some benefits to the Pro version?

I know many of you have found great benefit from Krafter, but I really regret my purchases here. Simple questions placed in support should not take 5 days to STILL not be responded. The lack of comprehensive written documentation is a deal breaker for me. I had hoped that by purchasing the packages that I would gain access to needed support, but as it is I have a confusing jumble of presets (with surprising overlap), no written documentation, and very poor (actually, non-existant ) support.

I have been professionally reviewing software for over 30 years, and this experience is among the worst. There may be a useful product here, but without support and documentation it is merely another hassle to figure out that could have been spent developing my own presets.

I would ask for a refund, but there is no one to ask as Mak has not responded to my support requests at all.
